Is the vulgar militia saw good for bleed?

Any ash of war that adds bleed? Im using the one that lets you poke like 4 times quickly

The Vulgar Militia Saw is actually pretty decent for Bleed buildup. For dedicated Bleed builds though, I'd recommend you lean into the AoW hard, and grab Bloodflame Blade to maximize the status buildup.

The AoW you're looking for is Blood Tax. It's pretty much identical to the one you're using now, but has both extra Bleed and health-stealing. It's located in the Mohgwyn palace area, down in a cave near the blood lake.

Mogwyn is quite a run.

Head to Fort Haight. west of the mist ruins, over looking the sea.

You'll find a ash for bleeding.

And bleed you will indeed.

The moveset isn't noticeably better, so you're only compounding your misery. You'll have a much better time with BF Blade and Blood Tax on a single saw.
