Best way to get back into the game?

What is the best way to get up to speed with this game again considering I have not played since completing at launch? I looked at my played time and it said 220 hours.

I did log in, but it seems pretty overwhelming after all this time. I think that is the problem when DLC comes out so far down the line.

Best way back into the game? Just play it. If your old playthroughs just confuse you with where they are, start a new one and take your time enjoying the journey again. No need to stress about reaching the DLC quickly, it's not going anywhere.

Try a different build and method of play, if you only ever do the conventional thing you've been doing repeatedly, you'll get burnt out quick

The best way is the "New Game" option on the main menu.
I don't mean that to be condescending either, it genuinely is my best suggestion.
It's a big game, jumping back into an old save after more than a year would be odd. Best way back in is to just start up a new character and get back into it the same way you did the first time- if you got 220 hours in you clearly didn't hate the game.
You might not be to the point where you can access the DLC when it drops at the end of this week, but that's fine. The new area will be there whenever you get to it.

Yeah thanks for the advice guys. You are right about jumping back in with an existing character. I think it would be pretty difficult at this stage. think I will take your advice and start a new game and see how it goes. Cheers.

install easy mode or uncapp mod so you can level to max
