Will mods get me banned from online play?

I am checking some mods from Mod Nexus that are cosmetical, will I get banned if I use them?

The only safe modding is the soft modding like WeMod for example. If you boot through something like WeMod, you can juice a new character with runes to skip the early game grind or wasting time with farms like the dragon bleed crap for example. But there is also no dying, game speed, etc, and when you are done, you just boot normal and you’re good to go. I’ve used it on secondary characters to jump them straight to where I want them to be or whatever

I have been using Wemod for a while for offline games, but I have always taken for granted that Wemod would get you banned from any online games, sounds too good to be true... I am distrustful

dont use wemod you will get banned one day dont use it.
