As it was said before by one of the commentators - you can still get these items, but it's just irritating.
I also want to say that the crafting system is quite bad. In DS3 you just went and bought the consumables you needed. But in ER is some extra stage in the form of crafting and this is boring. I also don’t understand opinions about advantage on other players in this case - using consumables is just fun. Moreover, there are more efficient ways to ruin people's playthrough even without consumables and you don't need cheating for it, but just good build.
Well you cannot buy everything.
Wait, I don't want to generalize. No one in their right mind finds this kind of thing funny, there's no challenge in it. It's about as fun as spamming rivers of blood. My idea is that crafting system is trash and I don't want to farm on helpful items like preserving boluses and maybe try sleep pots (They are not imbalanced in my opinion).
When you use abused items there must be a point which you shouldn't cross. Spawning radiant baldachin blessing in inventory for every invasion and bombing low level characters with rot pots is just disrespect to others...
Yes, abusing and cheating is still bad in multiplayer, I fully agree with it. Using consumables that were obtained with unfair way in the arene is unacceptable. However, in invasions, especially in RL125-150 it doesn't feel unbalanced. Usually in invasions you play 1v2 or 1v3. And I don't know how much skilled players we have in the game, but usually when I was summoned for a co-op or as a blue, probably in 95% of cases the invader dies, and very quickly. When I got summoned as a blue, I even just do nothing and watch the invader suffer in fight with 2 players. So, I don't think that 10 pots will break the balance in this situation...
