Buffs and Nagakiba

2 quick questions: Howl of Shabriri or Flame Grant Me Strength, Bloodflame Nagakiba or Occult Nagakiba. Thanks in advance

Flame Grant Me is cheaper and a flat out 20% buff on all damage.
(so pick that one over howl)

as for the nagakiba... i dunno. tough choice.
Can you buff occult weapons with grease?

Howl and Bloodflame Nagakiba. Flame Grant Me only gives 20% to Physical and FIre, Howl lasts longer and gives 25% increase damage to everything. Albeit you do receive 30% nore damage using Howl.

how much better is bloodflame? i personally prefer the aesthetic of the nagakiba without the fire on it, but if its really better ig ill use it

also i have 80 arcane and occult scales well with that

Since you use an Arcane build, use Flame Grant Me Strength for your Occult Nagakiba.
I personally do not think the massive increased damage debuff from Howl of Shabriri is ever worth it, and Flame Grant Me Strength is almost just as powerful anyways, as long as you use Physical or Fire damage, and Occult is a physically scaling damage type.

If your arcane is that high, you would be better suited going pure bleed. Occult on weapon and using seppeku ash of war, along with the white mask and the bleed talismans.
