Lightning Build?

I'm interested in a lightning build, done a bit research but not sure what to go with. Also are all the best skills the dragon ones that look like they take 10 minutes to pop off?

well it is possible you have the lightning spear and then the dragon incantations the dragon spells are more geared towards aoe and different status effects (i mean the dragon head incantations)

You can run a lightning build for sure. Just depends if you want to do a caster build or a weapon build, or a mix of both. Depends if youre looking at PvE or PvP. I ran mine most of the way through PvE and it worked fine. Lightning damage isnt resisted by too many enemies and the spells are decent. Lightning Spear and Frozen Lightning spear were super useful against single targets and groups respectively (you can use Lightning strike until you unlock frozen lightning spear). The others seemed niche but fun to use.

Some of the lightning weapons seem to have very powerful weapon skills too but I have not used all of them. They seem to have really high stat requirements on a lot of them though. Good luck out there
