Is Elden Ring's DLC Premium version worth buying ?

I know that I will be provided with many soundtracks and an album of digital artworks when I buy the premium version. But the question here is if I buy the standard version, will the OST be played in the game or I have to buy the premium one to have those OSTs played in the game while I playing it ? Please help me and thanks for reading.
