that sucks ass
toxic invaders: griefing
Neither side is perfect. There are griefing invaders. There are griefing hosts. There are griefing phantoms. Theres ♥♥♥♥♥♥ players all around the board, but you people prefer to lump all the invaders in with the bad ones and all the hosts with the good ones, painting them as victims in every invasion scenario.
Comformation Bias goes hard 🔥🔥🔥
Now, pardon me. I'm not here to argue with people that wont change their mind and listen to reason. A: because i'm tired and B: because Bruce is watching 👀
but you are still a griefer
If you win, there is CLEARLY something suspicious going on.
i did this on accident to an invader (i was the host) in DS2 by the Lost Sinner. he invaded me when i was in the water with those huge poison guys, so highly vulnerable, and i went up the elevator to try to get to a better spot, assuming that i'd just get dragged down and gang-munched by the invader plus the behemoths, but then i saw him screwing around by the switch and i realised i could just stay on the button
he ran around in circles for about 5 minutes while i laughed my ass off then he dropped a dung pie before he despawned. good times
That's exactly what the host would have to do: rest at grace, reset everything, do the area all over again all because Fromsoft are garbage troll developers who put this trash mechanic in their games on purpose apparently.
I keep hearing this in response to nonsense being pointed out. "They've always done that." Like the buzzsaw glitch. Same thing: "all their games have that." Great first impression you're making on me, Fromsoft. Real smooth
