First, it's (obviously) a she. Second, she's Empyrean, so no she's not like the Tarnished. Third, "human" is avoided throughout the game as a descriptor, generally speaking, because nothing is actually human. It's less "humanity vs the world" and more "??? vs ???"

Pretty much all the Demigods have really lanky arms. Radahn's kind of the exception. Morgott, Ranni (original body), Malenia, Miquella, Godrick (this may be due to Other Reasons). Rykard's a snek, he doesn't count against the total.
