Correct (if I’m understanding you right, sorry), if you buy the regular SotE edition, the only thing you get is the emote because it’s a preorder bonus.

You won’t get the soundtrack or the artbook.

Negative. The "Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree Edition" contains the base game and Shadow of the Erdtree for 79.99usd.

The "Shadow of the Erdtree Deluxe Edition" contains the base game and Shadow of the Erdtree Premium Bundle for 99.99usd.

Use VLC or something similar?
Usually it's just a file somewhere on your system that has appropriate files.
Can even find the soundtracks for your games specifically by going to Library > sorting for Soundtracks and find them easily that way by right-clicking > Manage > Browse Local Files
