Dung eater soft lock

Hello guys, I was doing the dung eater side quest and I decided to do it last since collecting the seedbed curses is quite tedious. However, I didn't finish the lobster-sealer's side quest (and he won't talk to me rn) and landell right now is on fire, and the apparently the one I didnt get isn't accessible anymore (would be the first one on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S-b0dNWr8o&t=76s). Can you guys confirm that I'm locked out of this ending or am I missing something?

There is six seedbed curses and you only need 5 so being locked out of one shouldn’t lock you out of the quest

He is locked. He saved the crab seller missing on one, and he didn't grab the one that is not available anymore.

You don’t need boggart (if you killed him before the dung quest) for the outer moat invade or did he just not pick it up?

Boggart probably never moved on and will never die on his own, and killing him will not let him get a seedbed curse either.
Edit. according to wiki, he reached volcano manor before talking to Rya in Liurnia. This completely locks you from getting crabs and progressing Boggart quest. While the seedbed curse can be only obtained from him just before the dung eater invasion, where Boggart dies.

Yeah, but there are 6 seedbed curses in game, where 1 in the roundtable moves after burning the tree and can still be picked, one is missable and one drops from the boggart only when he dies on his own before dung eater invasion. He is pretty much past the invasion, and soft locked from progressing boggart quest anyway. And the one in capitol is gone too. This lets him have 4/6 seedbed curses and being unable to finish the dung eater questline.
Edit. as you can see in the video you linked. There are no items at the corpse where dung eater invades, and when killing boggart there was no seedbed curse in this scenario.

I will quote Wiki:

If you go to the Volcano Manor without speaking to Rya at Liurnia of the Lakes, you will lose access to Blackguard Big Boggart and his questline for the rest of that playthrough. This will also render you unable to purchase Boiled Prawn and Boiled Crab.

This is most likely the "condition" OP has gotten, and so I did on my first playthrough.

A Seedbed Curse will be found on Big Boggart's body at the end of his questline, along with his drops. If you have been invaded by the Dung Eater in the moat before Boggart moves there, you will be unable to get a Seedbed Curse from his body.

The OP is pretty much after the invasion and he is pretty much unable to move boggart to leyndell at this point anyway.

It's weird that dead body in a chair is there always(I think), except for the time when boggart alive is in there. Like it makes no sense especially when there is no drop.

Gawd damn you right it doesn’t spawn. Thats weird i could have sworn it spawned there. Weird that there is a defiled body without a seedbed curse
