I was level 5 when I first met it and wasted two hours trying to kill it. The damage was insanely low, I only had 4 flasks that couldn't even heal me to full hp, but the bandit's knife made the boss bleed once in like 15 hits. I gave up eventually, but returned to this abomination once I discovered Reduvia, my beloved, at level 25 or so. It went down pretty quick, but I still hate it with a passion. It's janky, so large that 10% of its body takes up my entire screen. I can never see what this abomination is doing because its butt is so large, so I have to resort to panic rolls at any sign of movement. I still don't feel that I've beaten the boss and earned the victory because I got gud, rather, it feels like rng gods decided to intervene in that fight.
This would single-handedly push me to hating that game instead of feeling 'meh' about it like I do now.
