What were they thinking with this? High dex builds seem to have a theme of lightning, yet the one seal in the game dedicated to lightning.....scales off low strength and high faith.

Cause From forgot all concepts of consistent itemization when developing ER. Lighting AoW and Damage seems to scale of Dex, but Lighting spells scale off faith. Who thought that was a good idea? I have no clue.

It's about build variety and roleplaying, I'm not exactly sure how this was difficult to understand. There are already seals/staffs in the game that scale with things other than INT/Faith.

There are already multiple seals that scale directly with pure faith - strength has it's own seal. Why not Dex? Lightning AoW is already attached to Dex.
