First playthrough, couldn't get to volcano manor at all, never found Seethewater, and missed the ladder up the cliff from the Altus Plateau bridge. Second playthrough, I figured it out, but incredibly did not notice the serpent hunter in the room and got absolutely smacked for hours.
I also made the bold assumption my Brass Shield would withstand literally anything past the Grand Lift of Dectus. Needless to say I was impaled and reduced to ash by every Lyndell Knight I saw.
Everything in Caelid
Never saw Dragonlord Placidusax and also not the Lichdragon Fortifax.
Found Millicent only at her first location and gave her the needle, then I thought her quest was finished.
Completted Ranni's quest on my own.
Missed some items in Leyndell Capital, because I was surprised when it turned to Ash.
Missed the Gold Mask quest.
I didn't go in 100% blind, I looked up a small part of both ranni and fia's quests but everything else I did blind. Fia's quest I basically completed entirely I just didn't know I had to keep resetting her area and talk to her to finish it.
An then, I was fighting radagon/beast and thought, where the heck is Malenia.
same. I did find the hidden wall behind mogh, but I missed hyetta quest completely, I never got to the first grace in liurnia again, after beating godrick, because I circled stormveil before entering it.
The golden mask quest was weird, he disappeared at some point, without an idea. I guess, I have to look it up.
Easy access to that damage negation could have come in very handy as summons/coop/shield are all defensive substitutes that I lacked as part of my first playthrough rules, and would have had no problem stocking up on surplus by the end thanks to a 150 level cap.
