i have a xbox save file i played on and i sadly cant play on that anymore could i transfer that save to my steam account aswell with a usb and not get banned?

your steam account is unique for its saves so i doubt you can bring over the save from Xbox

The save file contain your steam account information, there are not official tools but the chance is high it will cause a ban so far i do not know if it is possible to Transfer xbox saves to steam.

It might work. I'd start the game in offline mode, make a save, exit, and then copy / paste the XBox save over the PC save. Start the game again in offline mode to verify that it works. If it does, then start the game normally, but don't actively start a PVP or co-op session. Save at a grace, exit, and start the game normally again and you should be good to go.

This is entirely hypothetical and just guesswork on my part. The Xbox save itself might be in a completely different format for all I know.
