I know that if I turn of cpu 0 everything will be alright, but I can't do it cuz of EAC

you have to fix the problem that your core 0 runs into a thread overlow

beside the fact that there are several other causes for FPS drops and stutters (like intel e cores in use)

by turn off core 0 you also had to turn off online and EAC it is just false sight of view what "fix" the problem

what CPU you have ?

deactivate the e cores

windows key+r
msconfig
tab boot
button advanced options

set processor count to 8 click ok reboot

try if this helps

with this CPU there are several other causes like background apps that occupy the core 0. it is even pssoble windows 11 24h2 makes problems at this low end CPU since it is basically only a 4 core 8 thread CPU by overload the core 0 with system processes.

for examble make sure your OS/laptop tool is set to high performance usage and your game is running at the correct GPU.

I don't have any background apps and I'm sure that game runs at correct GPU
Alternatively, and i know this sounds like a pain, you could try using process lasso to set every other program that's open to NOT use cpu 0 and see if that helps? Maybe also keep PL open in the background to see if any new things crop up slamming the core too hard while you play.

I have a 9800x3d and even i get stutters sometimes, but i play modded so EAC's not in my way of setting that core to fix the stutters regardless, i just couldn't stand to play ER back before i upgraded due to the poor cpu performance. Best of luck, fam.
