Network connection errors

I've been having an issue with the elden ring servers when it comes to being summoned to help someone. Every time it says connecting to another world, I get instantly disconnected, kicked to the title screen and kicked off the elden ring servers. I have to restart the game to connect to the servers.
Anyone else having this issue? It's extremely frustrating as being summoned to help others is something I really enjoy doing.

I should mention that it seems to be mostly in the DLC map I'm having issues.

This happens a lot to people who leave their PC all the time (which is bad practice, btw). Do you leave yours on all the time?

Verifying the files was the first thing I did. It helped with the random disconnects when I was playing online but solo. Hasn't helped with this issue of being summoned while I'm in DLC land though, which has been happening over multiple days. Also no, I don't leave my computer on all the time. It gets shut down every day.

Microsoft has changed the default shutdown routine since Windows 8 where Fast Boot is enabled by default on most PCs. Fast Boot differs from a "real" shutdown in that it writes RAM to a temporary file and then turns off the PC. Upon reboot, rather than loading everything fresh, it loads the old temporary file, similar to how hibernation works. This has the advantage of improving bootup speeds, but risks memory and data corruption. The longer you go without actually rebooting your PC, the higher the likelihood of having random issues.

I've disabled fast boot. It was one of the first things I did when I set up my PC years ago.

I should mention I have zero issues with summoning people to my world. I've had my friends with me in my world and invaders coming in with no problems. It only occurs when I am being summoned while on the DLC map.

Have you solved this? It's getting worse for me the past 2 days. It's just crashing non stop when summoned. I'm so sick of this. Nearly 3 years after launch and they can't fix this BS.

they broke it after the dlc 1st patch . also try doing a command prompt fix windows files as the game uses them
windows 10 in search type cmd run as admin new box flashing icon type
sfc /scannow
hit enter and let that run

I didn't do anything in particular, it's not our computers, it's the game. But what has been working for me is putting my sign out on the main map and not the dlc. I tend not to have issues, and I can still get summoned to dlc areas to help.
