region locked key not working

So, I live in Italy and I found a ER key with SOTE dlc included on Eneba (Latin America key), bought it and tried using the key, but with no success due to region lock. Yeah, I tried with two different vpns as well (Urban and Tunnelbear) but still nothing. Does someone know a workaround? Better vpns or a way to make it work on my account?
I'll also try to get a refund if there are no solutions (I don't think that'll ever happen, but who knows) or I can resell it to someone for the same price if someone wants it, you can contact me on IG @emiyv_ telegram @mvng0 or discord @manngvs.
