We're not gonna act like these guys haven't hit nine bullseyes straight since 2009 and till 2023? If they need to figure out how they can further the quality of their games after the MASSIVE achievement that was Elden Ring, then idk why people would be so begrudged about this thing's existence, it LITERALLY exists so that the projects they make next will be BETTER than Elden Ring. and the sentence "better than elden ring" is something I didn't think I'd be saying about a lot of things 2 years ago.
Besides it's not like this is the only game fromsoft is working on right now. It isn't dont worry i checked.
It's bad because you're judging it the same way you do their other projects. this isnt a project. its an experiment.

And this game maybe another sign of this?
You can quote me on this, I really, really hope I'm wrong and this new game is great.
But the patterns are there, and I'm very worried.
Eh. The rot goes back further. Loath though I am to lay everything at the feet of horse armor, that really was the trial balloon--and we failed to shoot it down.
Demonstrate to any company--no matter how much you love its products--that you can be nickeled, and they're gonna dime and quarter you absolutely dry.
