How good is Heavy Greatsword at 99 strength?

I mean it’ll carry you through pretty much everything including NG+ and beyond. Just gotta know how to use it, not just unga-bunga’ing your way through some of the late game bosses

Also hard cap is 80 so you might as well put the extra points into something else beneficial because the few extra AR won’t really matter too much

Any Heavy-infused weapon is excellent at 99 Strength. A Greatsword is no exception to this rule.

Yup just switched to quality and do more damage than heavy.

I would say at that level, the advantages of one build to another become less and less due to your high ceiling for scaling vs the scaling of NG+
