Does Golden Vow + Howl of Shabriri stack?

I'm doing a pally build but i'm not quite sure if this spell buffs stack, and if they are worth since this spells are quite slow to cast. Also running some lighting and fire frenzy to at least have some distance poke damage. Do you think my stats are quite good located for this kind of build? I would appreciate your comments.
