Fun/Good Dex weapons to try in a second play through or NG+

So I am thinking about replaying Elden Ring again since I beat it in April 2022. I went through with two Godskin Peelers so I kinda wanna maybe try different dex weapons.

What are considered strong/good dex weapons? and what are considered fun ones? I understand those two questions may or may not overlap. I kinda always wanted to try the curved swords that looked like they were insect wings?

The Bolt of Gransax is a ton of fun, and a really good dex weapon to boot.

Claws or whips are fun. Dual curved are very strong

I want to say Twin Blade type, but since you said you already beat the game with Godskin Peelers, I guess you want something else.

that's Wing of Astel, better used by Int user I think (technically and aesthetically),
it have a beautiful unique heavy attack as well.

Real talk, any weapon that doesn't immediately shoot to B scaling in Strength under Heavy affinity is what I'd consider a Dex weapon.

Guardian's Swordspear is really good suprisingly, and pretty fun. It's not the flashiest or anything, but it's fun. It's also really easy to grind for. And it's infusable, so you have plenty of versatility

I made a dash for Nightrider's Flail to have something to do decent Strike damage as dex build, for when my many Slash-damage dex weapons are doodoo against an enemy type.
