IS there map or walkthrough for this? It is basicly imposible to finish this dung without pen and paper and losing 100 000 runes

Did you try following the Fextralife wiki page? It is quite difficult to describe the dungeon in words here, but the wiki has a good enough explanation of how to traverse that dungeon.

Alternatively (and perhaps more reasonably) you can look up a youtube video, there are plenty of guides on how to gain all the items from that dungeon. That might also be easier to follow.

Finished it, found something on youtube. First dung in finished with help... lol
