Search for "Elden Ring mods nexus"
Go there and sort the mods by "popular all time" (imo good option for a first look)
Check out what interests you.
If you consider a mod read the instructions carefully and if needed, ask there (or here, but there is prob better).
Don't use mods in online play or you will get banned (from online play).
they can, most bigger mods use their own savegames, smaller ones doesnt so keep that in mind. Just back up your save game before modding Win+R > in the pop up type "%appdata%" without the " tho, search for EldenRing > there should be a folder with tons of numbers inside that is a file called ER0000.sl2, this is your savegame, copy it somewhere and you are safe to play mods if you then want to play online again, just put that file back in there.
If you happen to get flagged for modding/cheating you get a msg telling u to change your previous behaviour, means get your backup and use that to play online, after some while the message just disappears again.
gotta copy paste that comment to my desktop and READ IT VERY CAREFULLY before i acually move things
Cheers! ;)
