Buy it.
Pros: it’s a gud game
Cons: it isn’t in your library yet.
cons: netcode in pvp.
As for the price - this game has a staggering amount of content. Parts of it would be full DLCs in other games. It may be an exception nowadays, but it is worth its full price.
dragons dogma 2 is coming next month and already looks better than elden ring to me
Not hating on elden ring, it's currently my favorite game but yeah saying it will take ''a few hundred years'' before someone will make something on the same level is some next level d riding
Elden Ring is not just a video game. Tens of thousands of years from now, historians will recognize Elden Ring as mankind's greatest achievement. It marks humanity reaching its full potential.
Yeah, bang for your buck couldn't be higher with Elden Ring. The content is bursting at the seams, and it likely still won't feel like enough. At least that's the way it is for me.
Thats the fun of it tho, you keep going and will get better over time, until you are the one kicking everyones butt.
Elden Ring is definetly among the best soulslike games, in my opinion Nr. 1 with Bloodborne, but its not a standard formula game, you need to get better in order to progress (or use mimic), its definetly not for people who give up quick.
