Suggestion Twinblade Build

Im at Lyndell underground the kungfu fat npc is cheesing me lol, Im level 130 using Godskin Peeler+14, is it normal that this mobs is so making damage? I though I already over leveled them Ive been farming outside Lyndell Volcano, although I defeated Morgot its just their damage is so high, Im on the Dung Eater quest he gave me a key. I really need suggestion on stat build, before that I mainly increase my Arcane arounnd 50 and put it down to 40 since i switched to Godskin from the ordinary twinblade at early.

The reduced damage is normal because the underground is a secret late game area where enemies are notably stronger than above the ground. All part of the experience.

Godskin Peeler is a solid twinblade, maybe even the best one. It scales best with Dexterity on Keen affinity. If you are an ARC user - you might want to change to Occult affinity instead, unless you're running some kind of magic buff build at which point the best course of action is to have 40 DEX, 40 ARC, Keen your Twinblade and then buff it with whatever you're buffing it with.

Powerstance twinblades and continue the legacy of helicopterman.

If you have trouble with fat Omen enemies two hand great hammer.
Great Stars, Pickaxe or similar will stagger and stance break them easily.

Ironically their weapon, Omen Cleaver, is also excellent at killing them.
Heavy attack stun locks almost any enemy, DLC included.

Edit: forgot to mention Stormcaller Ash of War shreds them
on any weapon but it does cost FP so...

thanks guys I discovered this omen is weak in jumping attacks, its kick and punch has like a super armor, but the rest of its attack can be countered by jumping attack or any high poise damage
