Just beat Rennala and Radahn. What do I do with the main story now? The old woman at the roundtable hold said I should go and talk to Queen Marika. Where is she? I don't see her in Lyndell.

There are 2 bosses in Leyndell
you need to defeat to open path
and advance main story.

Also one optional boss in underground.

Now you need to kill the boss laindale, who is at the foot of the Erd tree. After his death, the path to the next loka will open.
There's a sealed elevator in Glendale right now, and you'll go there after defeating the boss.

You next goal is Leyndell, The Golden Capital.
To get there you must reach Altus Plateau, past and above Liurnia of the Lakes, and there is a surprising amount of paths to get there: from the top of my head i can count at least 3, 2 of which can be found North-East of Raya Lucaria Academy.

No.

After you defeat Sentinel and enter the city there are 2 main and 1 optional bosses.
Optional boss you can defeat later in the game, no rush.

When you find first main boss second is close behind him, impossible to miss.
Second boss blocks path forward and access to area behind optional boss.

One very important warning.
Near end of the game Leyndell will become inaccessible.

If you don't collect unique stuff from it you will not be able to get them anymore.
That includes upgrades for pots, perfume bottles and unique equipment.

Some achievements are dependent on collecting stuff from Leyndell.

What a coincidence, I am going for 100% completion and achievement hunting as well. As far as I understand these are all the items available there:

Seedbed Curse (in small tower)

Perfume Bottle (in small tower)

Envoy Long Horn (much easier to farm here, but technically available later)

Imp Head (Corpse)


near Avenue Balcony

Black Bow (roof near Ulcerated Tree Spirit arena)

Cracked Pot (next to Ulcerated arena)

Thunderbolt ash of war (teardrop scarab drop)

Golden Seed (drop from Ulcerated Tree Spirit, not that rare I guess but limited)

Erdsteel Dagger (not farmable, total 2 in game)


near Lower Capital Church

Omensmirk Mask (guaranteed drop from Omenkiller)

Lionel armor set

Deathbed dress


near Fortified Manor 1F

Stormhawk Axe, (not farmable, limited in game)

Sanctified Whetblade

"By my sword" gesture

Coded Sword

Two Fingers prayer book

Flightless Bird painting (grants Fire's Deadly Sin incantation)

Gravel Stone seal (drop from tanky knight just the outside the manor doors)

Raging Wolf armor, Gelmir's Fury sorcery (requires Volcano Manor Bernahl quest)

Seedbed curse in equivalent of Dung Eater's room [EDIT]

Gargoyle's Halberd (drop from Valiant Gargoyle here)

near Erdtree Sanctuary

Duelist armor set & Duelist Hammer, Greataxe (farming is a little easier when running back along small branch to the right)

Guardian Full Bloom Garb chest armor piece (only farmable here I think)

Bolt of Gransaxx

Barrier of Gold sorcery

Casting Law of Regression at statue to progress Goldmask questline (grants Golden Order Totality gesture as well as Discus of Light & immutable shield incantations. Should be done before Giant's Forge)


On way to Forbidden Lands

Perfume Bottle (near Misbegotten Warrior below main path)


Capital Outskirts area

Gargoyle's Greataxe (drop from Valiant Gargoyle on long staircase near Outer Wall Phantom Tree)

Viridian Amber Medallion +1 (Margit miniboss fight near Outer Wall Battleground)

Dragon Greatclaw and Shield (drop from Draconic Tree Sentinel, technically missable if one gets into Leyndell using Tower of Return transporter trap and subsequent Taunter's Tongue)

Outer Order gesture (Speak to Melina at Minor Erdtree Church or straight after defeating Morgott)

Stuff from outskirts should remain available even when you finish the game,
so you don't need to worry about gargoyle in outskirts area.

Also Stormhawk Axe is always available in later area.
But if you want to dual wield them for some reason you will need to collect Leyndell one.

If you ignore quest for warrior lady wielding Stormhawk Axes
you will find 2 Stormhawk Axes near end of the game at Roundtable Hold.

Ohh that clears things up, thanks man. I was kinda stressing about missing stuff in the outskirts. Good to know it’s still accessible later. Appreciate the heads up!
