ok the log shows a GPU driver related issue.
this can happen by this causes

-instable Overclocking
-damaged GPU driver
-in rare cases a faulty OS

the way would be to remove the GPU driver with DDU in secure mode and install the GPU driver fresh.
if the same problem appear deactivate or lower overclockings if you use overclocking

finally a system repair

open command prompt as administrator

run this command

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

After this is finished

Sfc /scannow

Repair the c++ redistributables (open the files and run a repair)

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

restart windows

https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

restart windows

is a other problem the reddit article is related to the 14 gen instability/damage problem with a similar result but caused by the CPU cache faults this CPU gen produce.

this is why i asked what CPU he use

I've seen your answers in other discussions with similar errors and I was doing system repair and Repair the c++ redistributables
it helped for 20-30 minutes, then the game started freezing, I closed it. After restarting, it started crashing again(

initially, the problem started about a month ago, when I upgraded to Windows 11 24 H2 - the game started freezing, but it didn't crash, and crashes started yesterday

as said with this CPU the problem is most likely related to a faulty GPU driver installation (it is also possible the at the moment installed GPU driver is instable so maybe try a older driver for the fresh install)

if the procedure in this order does not help to fix it and no overclocking is involved the last option would be a faulty hardware (GPU, RAM or SSD).

elden ring is not effected by the 24h2 issues since it uses only directx and windows internal communication paths.

I did as you advised, I'm trying to play, after 2 minutes the game didn't crash, let's see what happens next.

thank you very much
