fix your damn system.
you simply have no idea about this stuff, which i have.
buy a console, never touch again a computer.
Verifying game files is always good first step.
Otherwise you would be wise to accept offer for help from experts,
even if they are a bit grumpy sometimes
Anyway, thank you for responding but as of now, I do not expect any useful response from this forum. .
If you're still curious (a sign of intelligence, I'm told) - of course, I ran a game file check! :) The only error I get is the 0xc000007b error. I only play offline and play solo by preference.
causes for this error:
-a faulty EAC installation
-eac incompatible third party antivirus
-damage in windows at the rights management
which solution path you will try ?
not always. since this error is related to a access rights problem it can be a damaged or missing c++ redistributable but it can also be a problem with the eac installation which cause that EAC does not own the right to run the call for eldenring.exe.
also a blocking of the call by a third party app is possible.
i have far more knowledge about this type of issues than you can imagine. you are not fully correct with the 7b issue and you are completely wrong in the other discussion what a access violation log shows and you obviously do not know how to determine the cause auf the issue in the case of a access violation.
before you try to discuss this stuff in the way you do, you should take a look at my profile or the thousands of cases i solved here.
just to mention one specific access violation:

Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:
this log shows a access violation at a datatransfer function, involved into this transfer is the c++ subsystem
the way to repair it is a system repair and repair of both versions of the C++ subsystem (x86/x64) but it can also be related to a third party program that changed the in use GPU at start (this is why the main solution only works in 99% of the cases).
it is far more needed to determine what is going on than to google the exception codes.
