long invade times?
why does it take 2-3min to invade when the playercount is 40k-60k? im lvl125

Switch between your recusant finger and bloody finger constantly. ER's matchmaking works on a really crappy ping system, so switching your fingers to send out more pings gets you invasions faster.

Same issue here. Also I can't see summon signs or be summoned

dosnt it depend on ur level, ping, and location for invasions and summons?

It searches a single "zone" when you use the invasion finger. So if nobody is there, (say, it chooses weeping peninsula at lvl 125, not many folks going to be around that level in that location), it stays "looking" there for awhile. If nobody shows up after a time, it switches zones.

That is why it is faster usually to use the other invasion finger if you don't get a mwtch within a few seconds, because it will speed up searching a new zone

I am not sure if disabling stakes or Marika prevent invading in that area as well, it would be nice though

125 is meta for arena, but you may find fewer invasions and more "the host has started the boss fight" at that level because it's pretty much endgame. Going up closer to 200 or below 100 you may have better luck 👍🤞
