It's kind of dumb anyway considering these games are not for kids as it is. Like, the Pokemon censorship is ridiculous when even the default names of some pokemon are censored, but at least that's a game that's targeted at children. But Dark Souls and Elden Ring are full of blood and gore, corpses in piles and corpses impaled on stakes, twisted monsters that show signs of once being human, and so on.
