clean up your background apps (also deinstall rtss since it is a performance killer at this CPU) but so far we know 2000 series CPUs peform bad with this game.
there is not much you can do than to clean up the background apps and tweak windows to offer the game more cpu cycles.
deinstall third party antivirus, deinstall rtss if installed, close any background app you do not need .
system tweaking:
Open regedit.
Navigate to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
Check if already exists a eldenring.exe key (if yes you need to delete the whole key to eliminate all Settings made by other software).
Right click on "Image File Execution Options"> New> Key
Name the new Key
Eldenring.exe
Right click on the eldenring.exe key >New>Key>
PerfOptions
Select "PerfOptions" then right click>New>DWORD 32bit
name it CpuPriorityClass > set it to 3
this enable high CPU priority for the game
