No summon signs?

I can’t see summon signs at any of the following Bosses: red wolf, bloodhound knight, or goddrick. Is the server dead or is my game bugged?

It's because I'm not playing right now.

I just had same problem.
Exiting to menu and reloading the game fixed it, many signs visible.

If there are no signs and you want to summon someone post
multiplayer password and someone will join you to help.

A few things to consider:

1.) What are your rune and weapon levels, respectively? Both impact matchmaking, and if you're out of the standard range for the area you're trying to summon in, your available pool will shrink accordingly.

2.) What is your present matchmaking setting? If you've set yourself to only certain types of connections, you've again shrunk your pool.

3.) As much as the current sale is driving an influx of new players, it's happening at a period of intersecting holidays for multiple faith/cultural groups; some folks may have better things to do than sit at a summon spot (or on a forum) for long periods of time.

Funny story:

One time I had a multiplayer password on without realizing it, think it was 1234... I kept summoning someone for a boss and they kept purposfully disconnecting...

Later I realized they were probably trying to help another player and I was unwittingly summoning them. They probably thought I was trolling, but it was just me being dumb.

The moral:

Always check to see if you have a password enabled.

*Also use a more original password than 1234

True. I recently forgot about password and was summoned
by host who had phantom present and they were fighting invader.

Invader backed off and we killed DLC field boss.
Later I realised I have 1234 password set whole time :-)

This is always my recommendation for this issue.

What level are you and what's your highest weapon level? Summoning is scaled by both of those things and if you're too high of a level in low level areas like that you will almost never be summoned.

People with slow internet could have still been downloading it.

I expect player count to rise after some of these holidays.
