clawmark seal
the clawmark seal allows incantations to be scaled with strength so does that mean that increasing the strength attribute increases the damage of incantations?

Definitely the best seal available when your main stat is Strenght, even on my Strenght/Faith hybrid character, of all the seals i had at +24 or +9 somber, Clawmark still had the biggest incant' scaling, with around 40 STR and 35 FAI.

Also a great choice when actually using beast incantations, never underestimate the power of the one that throw boulder, it's far from weak.

Yes , hybrid STR and FTH builds benefit from that seal
