Radahn's Armor, Altered v. Unaltered?
If I alter Radahn's armor can I unalter it after?

I've never heard of that. Which armours ?

And no, that is not the case with Radahn's armour

Norm is correct, any armor that you can alter can always be altered back. "Altered" variants that you can't alter yourself can only be obtained in specific places. For example, the unaltered Banished Knight chestpiece can only be obtained as a random drop from the knights in Castle Sol, not from any of the knights elsewhere. And in turn, the Castle Sol knights don't drop the altered version.
