what is a better affinity for Nagakiba for levelling and up to 150?

str or dex or keen?

I love this weapon esp for pvp and its speed is better than Rakshasa's or the great katana IMHO

I also love, looove arcane builds but the blood affinity will prevent infusions and i like to swap ashes and weapon buffs for both pve and pvp but having no real ranged option kind of blows

Just wanted some opinions

Go keen, it scales best with dex, then use blood grease/bloodflame blade. If you don't want to use infusions, then go lightning.
