Crash au lancement

Bonjour première fois que je poste quelque chose sur un forum. Je viens demander de l'aide car depuis quelques semaines il m'ait impossible de lancer Elden Ring. Soit le jeu crash à l'écran blanc soit au noir mais je n'arrive jamais à atteindre le jeu.
Tous mes pilotes graphique sont à jour j'ai une carte graphique certe assez vieille GTX 1650 mais elle fait tourner sans problème des jeux plus récents et surtout jusqu'à y a quelques semaines le jeu tournait sans aucun problème. Pour vous dire j'avais installé le mod convergence qui rendait le jeu encore plus lourd et ça tournait sans problème.

Est ce que vous avez une idée ?

how to clean reinstall EAC

delete the 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' folder in C:\Program Files (x86)

then Use Registry Editor to delete all keys and values that had 'EasyAntiCheat_EOS' to do this search up "REGEDIT" in search.
right-click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Find and look up the term EasyAntiCheat_EOS and delete any you can find by search again.

then go into elden ring's game files in the installation folder and navigate to easy anti cheat, and click on the install_easyanticheat_eos_setup

a prompt will pop up and hit enter.

in some cases a mod engine was used or is running in background or manipulated the whole system so EAC doesn't run properly anymore.

checking the background apps is more complicate.

than you did not followed the instructions or your OS is messed up by the mod engine and eac can not get installed with a error message during running the batch file.
