How to get tons of runes fast

I need a big rune farm but i cant find one thats goof enough. I dont have the sword from elden beast so i cant do that and the bird from mohgwyn palace is too slow. Is there anything faster (Including glitches)

AoE the large group of idling Albinaurics at Moghwyn Palace, right after entering the area from Consecrated Snowfield. Don't need Wave of Gold. One well placed L2 from Starscourge Greatswords is also like 20k $$$ on NG with rune-boosting effects.

Someone can easily drop you about 40 million.

The bird is not too slow, get your timing right, shoot it in the eye, it'll run off the cliff, and you can run down the hill and AOE the lame Albinaurics in two hits. Should get you 70k runes every time.

If you are including glitches and all methods, you can summon someone to drop you runes, you can dupe runes, or you can use CE and drop them yourself. This is the easiest and quickest.

If you want to do it legit the other methods above are the best.

You can get to "Palace Approach Ledge-Road" Site of grace at quite a low level.
At low level each one drops enough rune to make it work the time..
Use any weapon or spell that has some aoe. and you can clear the group pretty quick..
Even one at a time with impaling thrust is good runes,

You don't need that big holy aoe sword to make the place work quite well.

The BEST location is actually not Mohgwyn's anymore, at least if you own DLC. Go to ancient rauh east grace, where a golem across the broken bridge is, run a bit on the bridge until he aggroes and starts winding up the flame attack, as the attack launches run to grace and rest. Easy 48k-ish souls per run, and a "run" lasts about 10 seconds
