Fia quest

So I'm at the Prince of Death Throne site (where you fight 5 champions of Fia). Supposedly, after you reload this area you can see Fia and talk to her and then fight an optional dragon. But I don't find Fia (she's back at the roundtable). I already spoke to her about the Black Knife and about the dagger I have to give to D. I think this is the place? All I see is like a fish statue. Am I missing something, maybe already botched the quest, suggestions? Spoil to your heart's content.

Is D still alive, or did Fia kill him?

Spoilers! After you burn the Erdtree, she'll automatically appear at the 'fish statue' (that's murdered demigod, Godwyn the Golden's corpse, from the intro) skipping the earlier parts of the quest. As long as you've got the item she needs, you could wait until you've done that part before finishing her quest.
