How many weapon have in base game which need ancient stone to make the last upgrade?

A lot. Like A LOT. Every weapon, every shield, every seal and magic staff... Like 100, at least.
So use those final stones wisely. If not sure - do not apply. You only lose like... 5% more damage, maybe?

If I'm reading your post right, basically any weapon you can apply an ash of war to, with a few exceptions.
