Not as smooth when fighting or turning ?
am at 60fps but doesn't seem as smooth? any fixes for this

If you disable anti cheat and play offline it's much smoother

Not sure if this is the same issue but for me playing on mouse and keyboard makes the game feel sporadic and clunky but playing with a controller makes it feel smooth.

Some monitors don't properly sync with the GPU's output in fullscreen. In these cases, try borderless fullscreen instead.
