Scudatree Avatar INT Build Advice Please
So Ive made a INT spellblade build for Furled Finger use. Astels Wing, Deaths Poker and a Heavy Thrusting sword with whatever AOW I think is good for Invaders.

My previous Furled Finger build with Bolt of Gransax could basically solo the Scudatree Avatar for all 3 people. So much damage Id delete his 1st stage in 3 shots.

Im struggling to find something suitable on the INT build for Scudatree Avatar. Im trying out various spells but theyre all too slow and barely any damage even with a headshot.

Yeah not many fire options on INT build as far as I know. Magma shot was dreadful against him.

Lorettas Mastery is alright.... anything else ive missed?
if you haven't beaten him already would advise swift glintstone shard or other ranged projectile of your choice (I just say SGS because it casts quickly) to keep up dps on the head when its open to attack, gavel of haima when you're up close for good stance damage which should (hopefully) lead to a stance break and then hit him with magma sorceries for massive damage

A couple options: Bastard's Star from Astel, Rock Sling, Relanna Twin Blades, Helden Sword (drops from a Tibia Mariner near Castle Sol), and Glinstone Icecrag.

Rock Sling and Bastard's Star good great for range and heavy stance damage; the goal is to stance break the boss alot and do damage via the critical strike. Relanna Twin blades gives you access to fire with little Faith investment. The fire also does a lot of stance damage. Helden Sword has a unique as of war that coats the blade with Ghostflame to deal ice magic. Its also a greatsword and reliable to stance break. Glinstone Icecrag is recommended because its a quick cast and causes frostbite which will decrease the bosses defense by 10% for 30 seconds.
I haven't played DLC with Int build yet but I bet Rykard's Rancor would be good.
18 Faith though.

Roiling Magma could also be worth a shot, only 12 Faith.

Note: Don't lock on with Roiling Magma.
Hit ground near intended victim for max damage.

Also worth a try: spells that inflict frost.
While i can technically already get there to test a few things with my mage, i doubt feedback from a lvl 80, +12 standard / +5 Somber & Scadu blessing lvl 10 solo would matter much anyway, but here a couple things :

From your build, Death Poker is already the best contender, using it myself, even if it's not pure fire damage, it completely wreck Tree Avatars/Spirits + bonus frost, i think it could be fine against the Sunflower, the openings are generous enough.

Antspur rapier or any Rot alternative if you don't have the Dex, but seems a waste of time against this boss due to it's 3 divided HP bars nature, especially applying it in random coop since higher resists.
If there is any sorcery you got to try, it's definitely Shard Spiral, shred anything larger than an Omen and somewhat slow, which match with the Sunflower, it mostly stay in place during 80% of it's attacks.
In case there is fear of commitment, either melee or slow spells, you can always spam the old reliable Magic Glintblade, Glinstone Nail or Night Comet/Glinstone Cometshard, but again, Death Poker will probably out-DPS any ranged option. (You could even get a cheeky Carian Sovereignity AoW fully charged when another player do a non-lethal crit, good damages, even if you put on something light like a dagger.) :GunfireRebornlaugh:

Ive beaten him several times solo already. But thanks for the suggestions. Im after big hitting AOWs or Spells for use in COOP. I havent tried SGS yet so ill give that a whirl.

Rock Sling and Bastard's Star. Theres another two I havent got so Ill go track them down thanks. I wont be able to use Relanna Twin Blades. Deaths Poker is Ghostflame and does huge damage by the way. I highly recommend it. You'll be pleased to know Frostbite is actually 20% increased damaged taken.

Increasing faith might be a problem.... no more Larval Tears doh! Id have to load up a backup but ill give them a go if I cant find anything else thanks.

I did start off purely using Carian Sovereignty for this build. Its how I beat PCR on my first DLC playthrough but I had to use a mimic. Ive tried night comet and staff of loss already. Wasnt impressed in coop. But ill give your other suggestions a go thanks! I forgot about Shard Spiral.

Ashes of war. Many has fire output. Just a INT scaled weapon with fire imbue is enough.
