[possible spoilers] Fia and D's questline

I was lead to believe (back when ER was recently released) that if I hand over D's twin brother the twinned armor set BEFORE meeting Fia again in Deeproot Depths (after she offed D), the Twin will kill Fia off ahead of you the moment you reach her boss area, thus getting locked out the rest of her questline. No fighting her champions, no optional fight with Fortissax + mending rune, no more hugs & her deathbed aids. But according to the ER wiki, the Twin will only kill Fia AFTER you get the mending rune from Fortissax & giving D's Twin the armor set. Wait, what?

Look, I just want to get all the rewards possible from this questline without getting locked out. Also, I recently learned you could get D's twin to help you for the gargoyle boss fight, but only when you hand him the armor set. So what I'm trying to say is, I CAN hand over the twinned armor set to D's twin brother, which lets me summon him for the valiant gargoyles boss fight, AND still get all the stuff from Fia & D's questline, without having to worry about getting locked out?

Answer: Yes.
D2 only shows up once Lichdragon is dead, from what I know. He won't be making an appearance at all until that very last moment.

i completed her quest line just yesterday, as far as i remember after receving radiant blessing if u rest she should be dead and u can collect the mending rune and then beat fortisax. after u come back ig there will be ds brother boasting that he killed her. either u can kill him now to get his armour which i did or u can rest again by now he will be dead u can collect both his armor and fias too

Just allows you to use him as a summon for the gargoyle fight. Dude won’t merc Fia until after zombie dragon is dead
