game starts with weirdly zoomed-in screen
tldr: didn't launch it for probably a year. now, it starts in zoomed-in mode and doesn't let me change the setting either from how it looks.

other games don't have that issue so shouldn't be about the PC, drivers are up to date.

did anyone have a similar issue in one of the numerous tiny "bugfixes" that steam downloaded time and again... (which apparently rather been bugspawnings eh.)

disable the DSR option at a NVIDIA GPU, right-click your desktop and select "NVIDIA Control Panel". Go to "3D Settings" and find the "DSR - Factors" option. Un-select all possible settings and confirm
