Ninja Flip?
Is there an Item in Elden Ring that allows you to do some sort of "Monkey Ninja Flip" similar to what the Dark Wood Grain Ring did in Dark Souls? Would be really cool to perform different dodge animations other than the standard one...

I'm talking about something that offers a different animation not akin to weapon skills.
Nope. Just weapon skills.
Not like that but there is a talisman which gives invincibility to backtep motion like normal roll dodge

nah, closest thing you can get is quick step and bloodhound step which are weapon skills
Honorable mention to Beast Claws, Curved Swords and Raptor's Talons which have that type of move by pressing Dodge while charging a heavy. :GunfireReborncomeon:

Rapiers and Heavy Trusting Swords have a faint attack too with that command, but it's more of a poke while backstepping, nothing acrobatic here.

Do you happen to know if it's a DLC or Main Game Talisman?

DLC. It's the Fine Crucible Feather Talisman. Well, also the Talisman of all Crucibles, which combines several effects.

Funny you should mention this, because I actually just got the Talisman of all Crucibles just now as I'm writing this, and now I'm stuck wondering if this is actually even worth having considering the damage taken if equipped is even worth it.
