is 150 or 200 better

i am currently doing my first faith build and i want to know if i should stay at level 152 or keep leveling too 200

It depends on what you are interested in playing:
- 150 for PVP in the Colosseum. I dont know if that's still the case post DLC though as I dont really engage in PVP.
- No restriction if you just want to play the game without coop.
- 150 - 175 for quickmatch on boss coop

I asked a question about playable boss coop levels a couple days ago and it seems like level 150 -175 is a good range to reliably get random matchmaking for bosses. I have a level 160 character and have been getting as much summons as when I was level 150.

how do you do random matchmaking?

On the menu, go to Mutliplayer -> small golden effigy -> Select 'Near by and Far Away' then wait. You will be automatically summoned to someone elses world.

I highly recommend it. Its fun to just goof around with randos. It should be noted that you need to have activated summoning pools in the boss area. At your level, I would prioritize summoning pools in the endgame areas since that is where most of the matchmaking is taking place.

Have my main character at lvl 200 for PvP at the colisseum and never have any problems for PvP, PvE mostly depends of what boss or area are you doing at that moment and how many people are playing there. 80str-60 faith-60vgr etc. till lvl 200.

So im beeing summoned pretty quick at bosses like Malenia for example (sometimes i have beeing waiting for 10 minutes) and for most of the DLC bosses you will be summon pretty quick (ain´t named them because spoilers)

Other characters of my own are at lvl 120-125-150-165

Found lvl 150 to 165 are where most people play to coop/PvP colisseum and invasions at least. Never waited that much time for PvP or PvE content at that range.

you weapon lvl also count, 120/125 weapon lvl +9/+24 - and rest of the characters weapon lvl +10/+25.

lvl 150 to 165 for a faith build sound perfect to me, if you prefer to play at lvl 200 you also have a solid choice for a STR/DEX/INT mixed hybrid build with your faith.

200 definitely. Its exactly what im doing now. Faith at 200. 150 gets you slightly more variety of summoning pools though. But even at 200 you are summoned for NG+ for the early stages of the game.
