I hear you. Am 600+ hours, on my third play through. It will probably be my last. Just need something more challenging; more challenging than enemies just have more health and do more damage.
Am starting on Sekiro. Much more challenging even on just the first Main Boss (not mini-boss). Will probably also step into DS3 now as well.
Leonine The Misbegotten (in Haligtree Canopy) is an animal lol. He triggered the downward spiral of mine with his one shots. Then of course Malenia being a B****. And then MALIKETH. I was summoning for like 2 hours to beat him then decided to solo with my Black Knife Tiche and a bleed build and I got him in 4 or 5 tries. I was like wtf lol.
I didn't clear Godfrey for the 13th time because that's when I threw in the towel.
Yes, Tiche is a beast. Have used that summon ever since I got it on my first run. Made short work of Maliketh. Let summon get aggro, beat on Maliketh, run away until summon gets aggro again. Rinse and repeat. think it took 3 tries first time. Second down in one (better gear and skill). :)
He.....Still Playing WOW since the first day. Same guild and pretty much the same for nearly two decades people now so have no plans to quit WOW at all but.....I pulled what you and the OP did 24 years ago in Diablo 2! Just gave up my necromancer after hundreds of hours, sharing the e-mail and password in the public channel (this was before Bnet tags).
I hope this was cathartic enough to bring you some closure in a enjoyable way, OP.
