My Finger Slayer Blade is missing

My Finger Slayer Blade is missing. I don’t know how it happened, but it might be a bug in the game. At that time, I opened the chest containing the blade and quickly warped. After that, it seemed like I didn’t receive the blade, but the chest was already opened. I’m very sad and hope the developers can help me.

Best advice I can give you is to get a friend to drop you the quest rewards, if possible, and do the quest again in ng+ or on a new character. Don't think the devs can help you here, this isn't an mmo where they can just pop into your game and drop you a missing quest item, unfortunately.

The Finger Slayer Blade is also not a weapon, so it won't show up in your weapons tab, afaik it's a key item and will show up under that tab instead. Might be worth checking.

i had a bug with a chest missing its item
reloading the area fixed it for me
