Report a translation problem
While the game is notorious for input drops (apparently due to a "fix" for a DS3 bug), losing 50% of your inputs is excessive. Check your hardware and drivers.
Also also, skill issue
Indeed. I too noticed the game dropping/ignoring input, but keeping calm, and not panic pressing buttons helps. I have seen some cases that the DLC that straight out ignores the input because it all ready have queued an enemy counter (cheating basterds) =)
