If your console ambidextrous, like me, it choose the controller with the cooler designs available. These tend to use Xbox layout. For me, I have a nice Yae Miko themed controller from Genshin.
I never specified that. The primary takeaway from my post is matching glyphs.
Newer Xbox controllers are preferred in most cases. 1st party controllers are generally preferred over the 3rd party controllers. 3rd party controllers are generally priced better than the 1st party controllers but also tend to be lower quality.
